Permanent Eyebrows

Brows

Eyebrows are the most defining feature of the face.  They frame your face, emphasize your eyes, and accentuate your expression.  With Permanent Makeup you can toss those brow pencils and powders.  For clients with no brows due to over tweezing, hormones, alopecia and chemotherapy, Shasha will create a redesigned brow shape using fine hair strokes and some subtle powdering technique to create a 3D effect. With the help of Permanent Makeup you won’t have to worry about smudging brows or reapplying throughout your day.

Nano Brows:

Nano Brows is an advanced brow treatment that uses ultra-sharp blade that can actually mimic the diameter and dimension of a real hair in the skin. This technique uses super fine, flexible needle rather than a blade for extra precision and accuracy. That means more natural looking results than microblading.

Microblading:

Microblading brows is a way of implanting pigment under the epidermis using a specially designed tiny blade which leaves thin realistic hair strokes for the most natural finish. Together we design a brow which is totally bespoke to you. Your customized color will be mixed from the highest quality pigments just for you. With this method Shasha can create almost any look, from a very natural light finish or a beautifully bold brow. Sparse or missing brows can be completely restored. When using the hand held microblade, the color is deposited closer to the surface than when a machine is used leaving very fine and crisp hair strokes with no spilling under the skin. Microblading originated in Asia and is also known as eyebrow embroidery. A fantastic treatment for anyone looking to improve or enhance the appearance of their eyebrows.

Combination Brows:

Combo brows is a combination of two different permanent makeup techniques: blading and powder brows. This procedure can be done with Nano brows also. This technique is great for those who have sparse brows to no hair or those who simply want to add more definition to their brows and arch.

Powder Eyebrows:

If you’re someone who prefers a fuller brow but still wants that soft texture, you may want to consider the powdered technique. The powder technique mimics the appearance of conventional brow makeup whether it be a brow pencil or brow shadow.

Ombre eyebrows:

Once healed look like powdered eyebrows that are lighter in the front and will gradually go darker towards the tail.  The end result is a defined shaped that is soft and powdery looking.  Powdered Ombre fades 35% on average from the initial. Shasha can create Ombre brow with Microblading technique or powder brows. Ask for more details at your consultation appointment.

Scar Coverage:

If you have gaps in your brows due to scars, Shasha can custom blend pigments to closely match your existing brow hair and tattoo hairstrokes into the area requiring work.

Men’s Brows:

There are a various reasons why more and more men are getting permanent cosmetics brow treatments. Men’s brows look different to women’s and require different pigments and techniques to tattoo convincingly, that is why it is an elite technique that one that only experienced artists should perform.

Alopecia:

Alopecia is an autoimmune disorder that causes hair loss.

Alopecia occurs in people who are apparently healthy and have no visible skin disorder. Initial presentation most commonly occurs in the late teenage years, early childhood, or young adulthood, but can happen with people of all ages. The condition affects 0.1%–0.2% of humans, occurring in both males and females, though far more females than males. Since it is an autoimmune problem, it means the body incorrectly sees the hair follicles as an “attacker” This results in the person’s immune system going into a defensive/attack mode and destroying the hair follicles.

The condition can be responsible for partial or total body hair loss. This most commonly results in completely missing eyebrows and little to no eyelashes. As well as a physical problem it has deep psychological impact as well; especially for women. We are taught that our hair is our crowning glory and femininity is, in part, defined by attributes such as our hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. Today there are high quality human-hair wigs to cover the scalp baldness resulting from Alopecia, but what to do about the eyebrows and eyelashes?
With realistic looking hair-stroke simulation, created with multiple colors and different needle sizes, permanent eyebrows can alleviate the need to pencil artificial looking eyebrows on every day. Permanent eyebrow makeup has been described to me by Alopecia sufferers as a miracle.
In addition, the loss of eyelashes can be made less noticeable by adding permanent eyeliner or lash enhancement to the eyelid rim. It helps to color the lash line, thus avoiding the pale, sometimes red-rimmed look of eyes with no lashes.

No more pencils, powers or waxes that don’t stay on, aren’t waterproof and have to be applied every day. No more challenges of getting the eyebrows to match and look the same every day. Permanent eyebrow is THE answer for alopecia sufferers!

Please Note:

At Permanent Makeup by Shasha, we do NOT shave your existing Eyebrows, instead,

we incorporate your existing eyebrow hair and with our artistry skills we will create a new beautiful eyebrows for you.

*Pigment retention depends on skin type, age, aftercare, sun exposure, use of certain skin products, pigments used, immune system, medications and other factors. Touch ups are recommended once a year to prevent natural fading.*
